Earlier this spring, Deloitte & Touche had declined to stand for re-election as the company's independent public accounting firm. Deloitte & Touche will continue to provide tax services to Ramco.

Ramco, a publicly traded REIT that owns 80 shopping centers, has delayed reporting its first quarter earnings pending the naming of a new auditor. The company did not say when it now expects to announce those earnings. The company had originally been expected to announce earnings on April 22.
