Savoy has been in commercial real estate in the Detroit market for 27 years. In recent years, Savoyhas specialized primarily in industrial real estate markets of Farmington Hills, Novi, Wixom, Lyon Township, Commerce Township and Livingston County.

In his career, he has managed more than 1,600 industrial real estate transactions. He has been involved in the land acquisition, design and development of over 200 build-to-suit facilities and speculative buildings.
