The firm is moving from 900 Third Ave. and that space will be subleased after the move. Financial information was not released, but the average asking price at the site is $75 per sf. Other tenants include IBM Corp. and Paine Webber.

Paul Revson, principal, Martin Horner, principal, and Ethan Rice, associate with the New York office of the Staubach Co. represented Lovells. Jeff Sussman represented the Minskoff. Lovells has 26 offices worldwide and more than 1,600 attorneys. The firm also has an office in Chicago.
