NEW YORK CITY-International business law firm Lovells signed a long-term lease for 60,000 sf at 590 Madison Ave., also known as the IBM Building. Lovells will occupy the entire sixth, seventh and a portion of the eighth floor in the 43-story building owned by Minskoff Equities.

The firm is moving from 900 Third Ave. and that space will be subleased after the move. Financial information was not released, but the average asking price at the site is $75 per sf. Other tenants include IBM Corp. and Paine Webber.
