Much, SIOR, who represented Midas International Corp. with vice president Stephen J. Connolly of his company's Oakbrook Terrace office as well as Kevin Fitzgerald of NAI Southwest Florida. Earlier this year, Much and Connolly handled the sale of Midas International Corp.'s 48,456-sf building at at 4235 W. 42nd to architectural lighting manufacturer Focal Point.
Monda Window & Door, which makes vinyl windows and doors here and New York City, swung its purchase with a $2.65-million mortgage from NAB Bank, according to property records. The building includes 17,594 sf of office space.
