Skyscape.com Expands with 11,928-SF Marlborough Lease

MARLBOROUGH, MA-Looking for a better, more cost effective location, a medical high tech firm has nearly doubled in size by subleasing 11,928 sf of space at a Marlborough office and R&D building. Skyscape.com got easier access to nearby highways, and an on-site cafeteria and health club along with nearly 6,000 sf more under the 39-month sublease.

MARLBOROUGH, MA-The maker of interactive mobile devices for the medical profession has moved its corporate offices to 11,928 sf of space at 100 Locke Dr. here under a 39-month sublease arrangement. The move will nearly double the firm’s size.

Skyscape.com Inc. outgrew its former location at 131 Coolidge St. in Hudson, where it had about 6,000 sf in a small professional building and was looking for a better location that would still keep its costs down, Jayson Rhuda of Mohr Partners in Wakefield, MA, tells GlobeSt.com. “It was the right time to do something about it,” says Rhuda, noting that the company started off in its Hudson offices about four years ago but needed more room as its business grew.
