GlobeSt.com UPDATE: PostWorks Expands Again

NEW YORK CITY-In an expansion move, Postworks, New York has signed a lease for 11,000 sf on the 14th floor of 100 Ave. of the Americas. In the summer of 2003 the digital post-production facility inked a 10-year deal for 26,000 sf of space in a consolidation effort. The company now occupies 37,000 sf on the 11th, 12th and 14th floors in the approximately 334,000-sf Hudson Square site owned by Trinity Real Estate.

Peter R. Fontanetta, assistant director of commercial real estate leasing for Trinity, represented the owners, while Postworks, New York handled its own negotiations. PostWorks list of clients includes HBO, Viacom, VH-1, MTV, ABC News, National Geographic, directors Barry Sonnenfeld, Mike Nichols and Sydney Lumet and the London-based editorial company Final Cut.
