SanTan Village will offer two million sf of shopping,dining, entertainment, office and residential space.It is anchored by Dillard's, Robinsons-May and Harkins Theatres. Several apparel retailers will open in the development including: Aeropostale, Chico's, Coldwater Creek, J. Jill, Jimmy Z, Soma and White House/Black Market. Other tenants include: Kona Grill, Lucy, Paradise Bakery and Z Gallerie.
According to Westcor, retailers will be groupedthematically to create shopping districts throughoutthe 120-acre project. The firm will break ground onthe project in October. It will be one of 12 regionalmalls or lifestyle centers in Arizona that is owned by Macerich. Other centers in the state include: Arrowhead Towne Center, Superstition Springs Center, Scottsdale Fashion Square, The Borgata and Hilton Village, Desert Sky Mall and Chandler Fashion Center.
