The Lindstrom facility is a fully equipped plant set up to produce precast concrete panels and will make the Engineered Panel System products, which include architectural wall panels, precast concrete and light gauge steel frames. The Engineered Panel System precast wall systems are aimed at providing builders with lower labor costs and faster construction times, the company says. The terms of the purchases were not disclosed.
"First National Panel is set to focus corporate expansion in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois and North Dakota," says Ricci Null, National Panel's president. The acquisitions will also provide savings in shipping costs in this region.
National Panel will soon launch an aggressive sales and marketing campaign aimed at developers, builders, engineers and architects in the region. The campaign will focus on the cost savings, design flexibilities, strength and long lasting properties of its precast concrete products.
