NEW YORK CITY-The YWCA of the City of New York has signed a 15-year lease for 22,645 sf of headquarter space at the nearly 400,000-sf 52 Broadway. The YWCA will relocate from 610 Lexington Ave.–the site has been its home base since 1915. The move is expected to take place in mid-June.

Mark P. Boisi, chairman, and Neil A. Lipinski, senior managing director, of Colliers ABR represented the building owner, United Federation of Teachers, while Jim Quinn and Duncan McCuaig of Cushman & Wakefield represented the YWCA. The organization will be the first outside tenant in the 19-story site since UFT purchased the site in 2002. Financial arrangements were not released.
