"They've had the land for expansion for about three years now," says David Hightower, executive vice president of Wolff Cos., tells GlobeSt.com. Seismic Exchange picked up the second 2.4-acre tract when another company started eyeing it, he says. The expansion for the six-year-old regional headquarters building, located at 11050 Capital Park Dr., will get under way this year. Details about the project were unavailable by publication time.

"With the additional acreage, Seismic Exchange could expand to well over 100,000 sf," Hightower says, adding the firm has no immediate plans to expand again. "Given their growth, we might see another expansion in four to five years."
