The seller relied on the assistance of commercial real estate firm Trimark Corp. to secure the buyers. Maple Professional Park is at the center of the Downtown area and is home to the tallest building in the city--the Tower Building. The complex has a diverse tenancy and features office, medical and retail occupants including, the Northern Virginia Massage Center, Long & Foster Realtors, and Educational Connections Inc.

Trimark will continue to have a connection with the properties. The company will serve as the property manager and leasing agent on behalf of some of the new owners.
