Business Park Sells for $22M

VIENNA, VA-Maple Professional Park, a multi-structure office complex near Route 66 and Interstate 495, has gone from having one owner to four, now that Maple Park LP LLP has sold the seven buildings to four different owners. Broadway Holdings LLC acquired 313 Maple Ave. W. for $1.9 million; Dr. Abbas Abousy acquired 305 Maple Ave. W. for $2 million; and Trimark VCP LLC purchased the six-story Tower building at 301 Maple Ave. W. for $8 million. The 301 Maple address, although a single address, is home to four additional low-rise buildings, which were acquired for a total of nearly $10.3 million Vienna 301 Maple Venture LLC.

The seller relied on the assistance of commercial real estate firm Trimark Corp. to secure the buyers. Maple Professional Park is at the center of the Downtown area and is home to the tallest building in the city–the Tower Building. The complex has a diverse tenancy and features office, medical and retail occupants including, the Northern Virginia Massage Center, Long & Foster Realtors, and Educational Connections Inc.
