The two six-story office towers are nearly identical in size and total 210,838 sf overall. KBS has owned the two office towers since 1999, and the average occupancy for the two buildings is currently 94%. The state's deal runs for seven years, starting July 1. The Wells Fargo five-year lease kicks in Oct. 1.
Kevin McKinnon and Jonathan Jones of Transwestern Commercial Services were the brokers representing KBS. Bernie Martin with Corporate Planners and Coordinators represented the state and Jamie Gard with the Frederick Ross Co. represented Wells Fargo.
