KBS Signs 46,500 SF in Renewals at Waterpark

AURORA, CO-The state Department of Disability Determination Services and Wells Fargo Bank renew leases in Waterpark II and Waterpark III, along the southeast corridor. The buildings are owned by KBS Realty Advisors.

AURORA, CO-Two groups are staying put, keeping more than 46,500 sf of tenants in Waterpark II and Waterpark III, much to the delight of thebuilding’s owner, KBS Realty Advisors. The state Department of Disability Determination Services renewed a 36,000-sf lease at Waterpark II and Wells Fargo Bank renewed 10,533 sf for a retail branch office at Waterpark III.

The two six-story office towers are nearly identical in size and total 210,838 sf overall. KBS has owned the two office towers since 1999, and the average occupancy for the two buildings is currently 94%. The state’s deal runs for seven years, starting July 1. The Wells Fargo five-year lease kicks in Oct. 1.
