MOUNT LAUREL TOWNSHIP, NJ-Approximately 15,000 sf in leases has been locked up in the Lightstone Group's Larchmont Commons Shopping Center here. The Core Academy of Movement, a new dance studio, has taken a 5,000-sf space formerly occupied by Gold's Gym, while childcare center Tot Time renewed its 6,800-sf lease, and H&R Block inked a 2,400-sf renewal.
Lightstone has owned the 127,000-sf center since December 2002 and director of leasing Jeffrey Dash says that three more transactions are on the verge of finalization. The Lakwood-based Lightstone, which also manages and operates the center, has renovated the façade and the parking overlay. Other tenants include AAA/Travel Store, Nova Care and Burger King.
