Tetra Tech Inks 50,000-SF Renewal

MORRIS PLAINS, NJ-Consulting agency Tetra Tech renews its 50,203-sf lease at 1000 the American Rd. here.

Sean Ryan is associate editor of Real Estate New Jersey MORRIS PLAINS, NJ-Tetra Tech has renewed its 50,203-sf space at 1000 the American Rd here. The consulting agency signed a five-and-a-half year lease extension.

The owner of the three-building, 330,000-sf complex, PMW Associates LLC, was represented by the Garibaldi Group/Corfac International. Garibaldi president Jeffrey J. Garibaldi and senior vice president Craig C. Zurick helmed the transaction. Tetra Tech was represented by Kurt Burdack of CB Richard Ellis, Saddle Brook. Financial details of the transaction were not released.
