Developed a quarter-century ago, the three-story facility that sits in the I-270 Corridor in Montgomery County, not far from the Shady Grove Adventist Hospital and Montgomery College of Rockville.

Financial regulatory services provider NASD, formerly known as the National Association of Security Dealers, had once been a lead tenant with 73,000 sf of space. The building is being presented as a headquarters location and a multi-tenant property.
