ROCKVILLE, MD-Leasing responsibilities at 1390 Piccard Dr. have come under the control of Cassidy & Pinkard now that RJS Cos., owner of the 103,000-sf office property, has selected the Metropolitan Washington area real estate services firm to handle the job. The Cassidy & Pinkard team, which consists of Brendan F. Cassidy and Paul B. Kern, is taking over the assignment from CB Richard Ellis.

Nearly all of the space at 1390 Piccard is open for occupancy and Cassidy & Pinkard is marketing the class B offering at $24.50 per sf. Developed a quarter-century ago, the three-story facility that sits in the I-270 Corridor in Montgomery County, not far from the Shady Grove Adventist Hospital and Montgomery College of Rockville.
