Located at 1207 S. Addison Rd., St. Paul occupies a four-acre parcel off the Capitol Beltway. Prior to its expansion, the property already offered a wellness center, community room, beauty salon, computer lab and library.

"This project stands as a symbol of what we can accomplish when we work together. This shows everyone how beneficial the public-private partnership is to Prince George's County."
