$22M Senior Center Expansion Wraps Up

CAPITOL HEIGHTS, MD-The expansion of the St. Paul Senior Living Center, a 150-unit mixed-income residential property, has been completed following a two-phase $22-million effort that has produced a chapel and additional residences. The property was originally developed in 2001 courtesy of a joint venture between St. Paul Community Development Corp. and the Bozzuto Group. The expansion was completed as a result of a public-private partnership between Bozzuto, Prince George’s County and the state.

Located at 1207 S. Addison Rd., St. Paul occupies a four-acre parcel off the Capitol Beltway. Prior to its expansion, the property already offered a wellness center, community room, beauty salon, computer lab and library.
