Medical Firm Inks 15-Year Deal

NEW YORK CITY-In its first Manhattan office, Medical Building Associates, Inc. has signed on to occupy the entire fourth floor–12,700 sf–at 154 West 14th St. Though financial details were not released, asking prices in the site are $25 per sf.

GVA has offices in Midtown and Downtown as well as in upstate New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Chicago.
