SAN DIEGO-Redevelopment of the historic TR Produce Warehouse, located across from Petco Park, is under way and has a targeted completion date for the second quarter of 2006. The project calls for 20,000 sf of ground-level restaurant and retail space and 27,000 sf of loft-style office suites, in a four-story building that will preserve and restore the original warehouse, which was built in 1933, as part of its design.
