Star Tribune Expands at Lowry

ST. PAUL-In a pursuit to expand its Twin Cities presence, the Minneapolis-based metropolitan newspaper is leasing 5,000 sf at the Downtown building--about three times more space than it is currently occupying at the Lowry address.

ST. PAUL- The Star Tribune recently agreed to a lease of 5,000 sf that will nearly triple its space at the Lowry Professional Building. The Minneapolis-based daily metropolitan newspaper decided to add a small sales and marketing staff to the news bureau it has had Downtown for nearly two decades.

The office increases the newspaper’s presence in Downtown St. Paul, the heart of the market of its newspaper competitor, The St. Paul Pioneer Press. The lease gives the newspaper prominent skyway space above the Pazzaluna restaurant, and also will include outdoor signage.
