Hired as executive vice president and managing director of transaction services, Mobley's charge is to expand Grubb & Ellis Co.'s market share in Downtown and suburban deals, says transaction services president Bob Osbrink. "This is a tremendous opportunity to leverage my experience as well as my knowledge of the Chicago market to build a brokerage team committed to teamwork and service excellence," says Mobley, whose client list has included Convergys Corp., Bank of America, Cisco, Aetna, Huron Consulting Group, Sun Microsystems, KPMG and Travelers Property Casualty.
