Arrowhead Office Suites will be situated on seven acres at the northeast corner of 51st Avenue and Loop 101. The Scottsdale-based developer purchased the land for $2.1 million from two individuals from Phoenix, according to Bob Deininger, a principal with Shea Commercial.
"This is product that the neighborhood is screaming for," Deininger tells GlobeSt.com, citing the strong demand from medical users. Buyers to date include a plastic surgeon, kidney dialysis provider, two dentists and chiropractor.
Arrowhead Office Suites will be comprised of 11 buildings, ranging from 5,100 sf to 12,200 sf. Shell space is selling for $185 per sf. The locally based DFD Cornoyer Hedrick designed the complex; Caviness Construction Inc., also from Phoenix, will be the general contractor.
