Seven of the properties are in Colorado, including a 164-room SpringHill Suites in Westminster, a 154-room Courtyard in Louisville, a 110-room Courtyard in Golden, a 102-room Residence Inn in Lakewood, a 90-room Courtyard in Lakewood, an 84-room Residence Inn in Longmont and 78-room Courtyard in Longmont. Three more properties are in Austin, TX—a 132-room SpringHill Suites, a 110-room Courtyard and an 88-room Residence Inn. A 126-room SpringHill Suites in Carmel, IN; a 120-room Residence Inn in Carmel, IN and 87-room SpringHill Suites in Mishawaka, IN also are included in the refinancing.

All of the hotels are managed by Merrillville, IN-based White Lodging Services Corp. While White Lodging Services principals have majority interests in 12 of the properties, the other three are owned by Denver-based Etkin Johnson Group. Prairie Realty Advisors managing director Benjamin L. Kadish arranged the financing.
