Long Island Properties Sell for $73M

NORTH HILLS, NY-Mack-Cali exits the Long Island market with the sale of two office assets for $72.5 million. Private investors acquire a 237,274-sf asset here and a 55,575-sf class A site in Manhasset.

NORTH HILLS, NY-Private investors have acquired one office property here and another in Manhasset that have a combined total of 292,849 sf for $72.5 million. The sales mark the exit of Mack-Cali Realty Corp. from the Long Island marketplace.

The Cranford, NJ-based Mack-Cali sold 600 Community Dr. here and 111 East Shore Rd. in Manhasset. The six-story, 237,274-sf 600 Community Dr. is a class A site leased to CMP Media, while the four-story, 55,575-sf 111 East Shore Rd. is home to Administrators for the Professions Inc.
