Market Street Lands Two Tenants

CHANHASSEN, MN-A salon and a bank will anchor the Market Street Station, the 43,365-sf mixed-use project being developed by Kraus-Anderson and Bloomberg Cos.

CHANHASSEN, MN-Spalon Montage and Americana Community Bank will anchor the new Market Street Station, a two-story, 43,365 sf mixed-use office/retail project, located at the northeast quadrant of Highway 5 and Market Boulevard.

The project, which is being built on the former site of Filly’s Bowling Alley, is the first phase of redevelopment in the heart of Chanhassen, a suburb southwest of Minneapolis. The building offers 21,574 sf of retail space and 21,791 sf of class A custom office suites.

Bloomberg Cos., one of the owners of the property and a long-time developer in the local community, is developing Market Street Station along with Kraus-Anderson Realty Co., which is also leasing and managing the project. The project was designed by Bentz Thompson Rietow and built by Kraus-Anderson Construction Co. for the owners, Market Street Station LLC.
