GSA Signs 85,000-SF Lease

ST. PAUL-The General Services Administration is renovating its space at the federal courthouse and will lease new space nearby for several years, according to Frauenshuh Cos., which owns and manages GSA's new home in the downtown's Lowertown district.

The General Services Administration plans to move out of their space at the nearby Warren E. Berger Federal Building Tenants and Courthouse building while the space is being renovated.

The new tenants will occupy the entire seventh floor of 180 E. Fifth, as well as the remaining space on the sixth floor. GSA plans to move in this fall. The lease runs "several years," according to Frauenshuh officials. Other terms of the deal were not disclosed.
