Newmark Expands Project Management Services

NEW YORK CITY-In order to provide project management services across the nation, Newmark has formed new division called Newmark Project Management. The move was facilitated by the locally based company’s merger with one of its Atlanta-based affiliates, Honour Inc.

The pair had been working together for the past three years, according to Honour’s founder Jeff Estep, who will head up the initiative from Atlanta. “It will allow us to have a single point of accountability and help us become more seamless,” says Estep. Staff members in such areas as design management and space management have been added in locations where Newmark has existing offices. Estep founded Honour after a 16-year career with UPS, where he served as corporate materials management manager.
