Willow Lake Put Up For Sale

VADNAIS HEIGHTS, MN-The owner of 120,000 sf high tech property, Dean Lunski, has hired three brokers from Colliers Turley Martin Tucker to sell or lease the building; the space was vacated about a year ago by ADC Telecommunications, which had put $17 million into improvements.

VADNAIS HEIGHTS, MN-The owner of Willow Lake Technology Center has hired the Minneapolis office of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker to sell or lease the 120,000-sf high-tech Willow Lake property. Dean Lunski, the owner of the building, has hired as his exclusive agents Gary Germundsen, Josh Huempfner and Duane Poppe, all senior associates at CTMT.

“It is move-in ready with over $17 million in high-tech improvements that have been meticulously maintained since ADC (Telecommunications) vacated the property a year ago,” Huempfner says.
