Michael Best & Friedrich LLP is relocating from 401 N. Michigan Ave. to 44,421 sf at Two Prudential Plaza. Based in New York City, LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP is leasing 20,184 sf at 180 N. Stetson Ave., the newer of the two buildings in the 2.1-million-sf Prudential Plaza office complex overlooking Millennium Park.
Todd Lippman, Bill Rogers and Jim Whalen of CB Richard Ellis represented Michael Best & Friedrich while Andrew Kelly and Richard Schuham of Studley Inc. represented LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae. Andrea Saewitz of Shorenstein Realty Services negotiated with both of the tenant rep teams. Shorenstein Co. has an 89,235-sf space block available at Two Prudential Plaza, with 215,850 sf of contiguous space on the 14th through 23rd floors available in July.
