Palmquist comes from Minneapolis-based Ryan Cos., where he has had a long career, most recently as vice president of retail development. His work has included participation in the development of more than 4.5 million sf of retail space including such Minnesota retail centers as Riverdale Commons in Coon Rapids, The Quarry in Minneapolis, and Park Place Plaza in St. Louis Park and Rochester Marketplace, Rochester, MN.
At the Robert Muir, Palmquist will head up all development, leasing and management activities for the company that currently owns approximately three million sf of commercial real estate in the Twin Cities area. As part of his employment agreement, he will also hold equity positions in new projects developed under his leadership.
