JESSUP, MD-Builder Resource Supply Corp.'s has inked a lease for approximately 52,300 sf of space in the 125,800-sf flex/industrial facility. Builder Resource, a construction material distributor, will use the building at 8155 Stayton Dr. as its corporate headquarters and will handle all of its manufacturing, warehousing and distribution activities from this Baltimore-area location.

A 20-year old property owned by RREEF, the building sits on a nine-acre parcel in Harford County. Builder Resource relied on the assistance of Tom Gentner and Brian Watts of Transwestern Commercial Services to complete the transaction with the property owner.

Specific terms of the new occupant's lease agreement have not been disclosed. According to Mackenzie Commercial's Baltimore Metropolitan Area First Quarter 2005 Market Report, flex space in the Harford/Cecil submarket is currently marketed at an average of $8.66 per sf.
