Ultimately, Quarry Lake will offer 225,000 sf of class A office space, retail totaling 112,000 sf and about 600 residential units. LifeBridge's home will be located in the first office building, a 72,000-sf facility carrying the name of LifeBridge Health Medical Office Building at 2700 Quarry Lake Dr.

Abehouse Partners' Lynn Abehouse represented LifeBridge, while Blue & Obrecht Realty LLC's Richard F. Blue Jr. spoke for Quarry developer and owner Obrecht Properties LLC. Specific terms of the transaction have not been released. Blue & Obrecht is currently marketing the remaining space in the LifeBridge Building at $28 per sf. Construction of the facility is scheduled to get under way this summer, with a target completion date sometime the following summer.
