Medical Company Preleases 60,000 SF at 230-Acre Development

BALTIMORE-The 230-acre mixed-use development known as Quarry Lake at Greenspring, currently in the works on a former century-old quarry site off the Baltimore Beltway, has secured a prelease commitment from LifeBridge Health Inc. The health-related services provider–which has a network that encompasses Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, Northwest Hospital Center, Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital and Jewish Convalescent & Nursing Home–will occupy 60,000 sf in one of the property’s three office structures.

Ultimately, Quarry Lake will offer 225,000 sf of class A office space, retail totaling 112,000 sf and about 600 residential units. LifeBridge’s home will be located in the first office building, a 72,000-sf facility carrying the name of LifeBridge Health Medical Office Building at 2700 Quarry Lake Dr.
