Hospital Operator Expands Into 24,000 SF

PHOENIX-Catholic Healthcare West, which operates St. Joseph's Hospital, frees up some space on its medical campus by leasing 24,000 sf of office space in Great American Tower. The six-year deal is worth $3.7 million and brings the 334,660-sf, class A building to 83% occupancy.

PHOENIX-In an effort to free up space on its medical campus, Catholic Healthcare West has signed a six-year lease for 24,000 sf of office space in Great American Tower. The nonprofit organization, which operates St. Joseph’s Hospital, will use the new office to house administrative functions.

The pact puts $3.7 million in the pockets of building owner, Atlanta-based Blue Capital Management USA, and brings the 334,660-sf, class A building to 83% occupancy, according to Don Mudd, vice president ofTrammell Crow Co.’s local office. Mudd, along with John Bonnell and Jason Moore, represented Blue Capital Management. Catholic Healthcare West was represented by Gee Gee Entz and Patty Boyd Gentry of Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro.
