CB Richard Ellis' Snezana Anderson and Bernhard Weinstabel negotiated the 15-year lease transaction on behalf of Corporate Suites. Rudin Management Company, Inc., the building ownership, was represented by in-house counsel. "Due to its recent growth, Corporate Suites realized it required a presence in the east side of Midtown Manhattan in order to accommodate its clients," says Anderson.
KN will house its New York City research department on the sixth floor of the 16-story, 145,437-sf office property located on the corner of 30th Street. Eric S. Yarbro, senior vice president and David Burton of CB Richard Ellis' Midtown Manhattan headquarters represented KN. The building ownership, 440 Park Avenue South Associates, was represented by Jeff Smith of Samco Properties.
