"Since the 11th floor's existing installation is substantially similar to that of JMAI's requirements, the tenant will be able to reuse what already exists with just a few minor modifications," says Eric Engelhardt, vice president of leasing at building owner the Durst Organization. Engelhardt represented the owner. JMAI was represented by James Robbins and Harly Stevens of CB Richard Ellis.

Further details of the transaction were not released, however space in the site leases for in the mid $50s to mid $60s per sf. Other tenants in the nearly one million-sf site include Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler, the Internal Revenue Service and Marsh McLennan.
