Media Firm Takes 22,382 SF

NEW YORK CITY-Jones MediaAmerica Inc. has inked a 10-year deal for the entire 22,382-sf eleventh floor at 1133 Ave. of the Americas. The advertising sales representative firm for network radio and cable companies, which will occupy its new space in September, is relocating from 11 West 42nd Street.

“Since the 11th floor’s existing installation is substantially similar to that of JMAI’s requirements, the tenant will be able to reuse what already exists with just a few minor modifications,” says Eric Engelhardt, vice president of leasing at building owner the Durst Organization. Engelhardt represented the owner. JMAI was represented by James Robbins and Harly Stevens of CB Richard Ellis.
