"With this project, we are excited to help revitalize a corner of the thriving city of Lathrup Village," said Michael D. Poulos, president & CEO of Michigan First. "Now that the small, aging strip mall has been removed, it is easier to imagine our incredible new building rising as the gateway into the city. We're looking forward to being an active part of the Lathrup Village community."

The building will have a full service in-lobby branch with 12 drive-thru lanes and four drive-thru ATMs. The project also includes 4,200 sf of space that the credit union plans to lease to a restaurant. Victor Saroki & Associates designed the building.Ronnisch Construction Group is building the facility. Michigan First, which has about $400 million in assets, has six branches in addition to the new headquarters.
