Although terms were not disclosed, asking lease rates at the 21-year-old, eight-story building start at $16 per sf. Oxford Bank & Trust will occupy the top floor of the 224,847-sf building designed by Holabird & Root, a regular BOMA award winner from 1999 to 2003. The deal, which takes effect in the fourth quarter, brings vacancy at the East-West Corridor property to 19%.
