Henricksen Leases 10,600 SF

MINNEAPOLIS-The office furniture dealer signed two leases at the new building built several years ago that anchors Padilla Speer Beardsley. Mohr Partners represents the office furniture dealer in the two negotiations.

MINNEAPOLIS-Henricksen Inc., an office furniture dealer, recently signed two leases totaling 10,600 sf at 1101 W. River Parkway in Minneapolis. Mohr Partners Inc., a Dallas-based international corporate real estate adviser, negotiated the deals for Henricksen. The two leases include a 5,500-sf lease at suite 100 and a 5,100-sf lease for suite 190 at the four-story, 80,000-sf facility built three years ago by Ryan Cos.

The move coincides with Henricksen’s purchase of an Allsteel office furniture dealership and facilitates their desire to provide easier access to designers and clients. The building is part of the massive redevelopment of the banks of the Mississippi River in downtown Minneapolis.
