The new location, formerly owned by Fisher Scientific, includes 15,000 sf of office space, as well as a 20-acre site. The building was constructed in 1949 and renovated in 1970. In Franklin Park, C.H. Hanson Co. has been operating out of a 57,726-sf building on 3.2 acres. The asking price for the 23-year-old building, which offers 8,000 sf of office space, is less than $1.9 million.

The CB Richard Ellis team of senior vice president Keith D. Puritz and vice president Brett A. Kroner handled the acquisition for C.H. Hanson Co. and are marketing the company's Franklin Park location. David Berry and Trevor Ragsdale of Staubach represented Fisher Scientific.
