American Apparel already operates seven other stores here.John Brod, Laura Pomerantz and Devon Binns of PBS Realty Advisors represented the retailer in both transactions. PBS principal John Brod says Columbus Circle and Chelsea are "prime store locations for the company. And as more real estate opportunities surface in the City, American Apparel is in a position to take advantage of them."
