16,329-SF, Class B Office Building Trades for $75,000 Over List

MESA, AZ-An investor from Menlo Park, CA beats out five other prospective buyers to take the title to Superstition Springs Corporate Plaza, which was on the market just five days. Mesa Springs LLC won the deal with a high offer of $2.64 million.

MESA, AZ-After just five days on the market, Superstition Springs Corporate Plaza went under contract to a buyer from Menlo Park, CA for $2.64 million. The 16,329-sf, class B office building sold for $75,000 more than the list price.

Chris Keenan, an investment broker with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co., tells GlobeSt.com that Mesa Springs LLC outmaneuvered five would-be buyers to claim the 1.4-acre property at 1234 S. Power Rd. “This is a very unique office building because it’s right on the outskirts of Superstition Springs Center Mall,” he says, adding there’s four million sf of retail in the area, but very little office space.
