Frauenshuh Sweeney Completes Brownstone Condo Project

SOUTH ST. PAUL, MN-Frauenshuh Sweeney completes the 36-unit condominium project in the downtown area. City officials hope it will help jumpstart the Downtown and remake the city's image.

SOUTH ST. PAUL, MN-Construction was completed Friday on a new 36-unit Downtown condominium project done by a partnership between Frauenshuh Cos. and developer Brian Sweeney.

The stylish brownstone condos are called “the Wakota on Fourth,” and the units include amenities such as maple cabinets, granite countertops and gas fireplaces in this first-ring suburb near Downtown St. Paul. A model recently opened for viewing and prices start at under $200,000 and can reach more than $250,000. The condos come with a 45-stall underground parking garage and 21 spaces of surface parking.
