New Tenant Takes 10,300 SF at Hampton III

HAMPTON, VA-Lutheran Family Services of Virginia, makes plans to move into Hampton III with the signing of a lease for 10,300 sf of space at the 44,200-sf office. The lease commitment leaves the building with a 95%-occupancy level.

HAMPTON, VA- Lutheran Family Services of Virginia signed a lease for 10,300 sf at,Hampton III, a 44,200-sf brick office building at 525 Butler Farm Rd. The deal brings the building’s total occupancy level up to 95%.

Specifics on the organization’s lease agreement with property owner KBS Realty Advisors have not been revealed; however, CB Richard Ellis’s Thomas Minton and Gray Randolph, who represented the owner, currently market space at the property for $13.50 per sf. Advantis Real Estate’s Mary Ellen Woolfolk and Mike Mausteller represented the tenant.
