Walker Joins Post

ATLANTA-The former senior vice president for acquisitions at the Commack, NY-based Fairfield Properties is Post Properties Inc.'s newest executive vice president and regional investment director for the Southeast.

ATLANTA-Curtis W. Walker, a commercial real estate professional for 20 years and the former senior vice president for acquisitions at Commack, NY-based Fairfield Properties, is Post Properties Inc.’s newest executive vice president and regional investment director for the Southeast.

Post officials and Walker couldn’t be reached by GlobeSt.com’s publication deadline to learn why Walker left Fairfield where he completed conventional and student multifamily developments totaling 4,500 units valued at $350 million. Before his stint at Fairfield, Walker was senior vice president of acquisitions of the Southwest/Southeast region for Chicago-based AMLI Residential Properties LP.
